Mahashivratri brings good news: Kedarnath doors to open on April 22

Haridwar (The Uttam Hindu): On the occasion of Mahashivratri, great news has arrived for devotees of Lord Shiva. This year, the doors of Baba Kedarnath Dham will open for devotees on April 22nd. Like every year, a large number of devotees are expected to arrive at the shrine.

According to reports, the doors will open at 8 a.m. on April 22nd, during the Taurus ascendant. The opening date was announced at the Omkareshwar Temple, the winter seat of the temple, in Ukhimath.

This year, T. Gangadhar Ling has been appointed as the chief priest at Baba Kedarnath Dham. The opening of the doors also marks the beginning of the Char Dham Yatra, which is generating significant enthusiasm among devotees.
