His remarkable victory brought pride not only to his family but also to his entire village.
Chhinderpal’s life has been marked by hardship and struggle yet he never gave up on his interest in education and general knowledge. On the show, his confidence and sharp mind impressed host Amitabh Bachchan, who praised him for his vision and determination. Chhinderpal answered questions up to ₹25 lakh with grit using lifelines wisel, and stunned everyone by correctly answering the ₹50 lakh question without any lifeline.
