Punjab Congress gears up for 2027 polls; Warring promises early appointment of district presidents

Chandigarh (The Uttam Hindu)- There is still a lot of time left for the Punjab Assembly elections 2027, but the political parties of the state have started setting their pieces. Amidst these political preparations, a meeting of Punjab Congress leaders was held with the high command. In this meeting, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi and President Mallikarjun Kharge brainstormed with the Punjab Congress leaders.

Regarding the meeting, State Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring said that a lot of discussions took place in this important meeting. He said that soon new district heads will be appointed in the whole of Punjab. These appointments will be made without any discrimination. It is worth mentioning that Congress has 29 organizational districts in Punjab.
