Big update for iPhone users: AppleCare plus with theft and loss coverage now available!

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu) : Tech company Apple has informed that the company has introduced AppleCare Plus option for Indian customers, which also includes Theft and Loss for iPhone along with Apple Care Plus.

The company says that with a new affordable monthly and annual plan, customers will have more options than ever before for how they protect their Apple products, allowing them to maintain the coverage they need for as long as possible.

"With Apple Care, our customers can rest assured that their products are protected and supported by Apple experts. With this update in India, we're making trusted protection more affordable and easier than ever, including giving customers access to our complete coverage for iPhone," said Kaiann Drance, Apple's vice president of Worldwide iPhone Product Marketing.

Apple says customers can easily review subscription options and purchase coverage from within their Apple devices. They can view subscription options in the Settings app on iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices, and can also purchase coverage directly for eligible devices. Whether customers choose a monthly or annual AppleCare Plus plan, coverage will begin immediately.

Apple Care Plus with Theft and Loss for iPhone provides coverage for up to two instances of theft or loss of an iPhone per year. Additionally, the plan offers all the benefits of Apple Care Plus.

This includes battery replacement service, 24/7 priority support, and unlimited repairs with Apple parts for accidental damage, all available at Apple Stores. Additionally, all these services will be available at Apple Authorized Service Providers. The Apple Care Plus with Theft and Loss for iPhone plan starts at ₹799.
